Вопрос системным администраторам

Наткнулся на ряд ошибок сервера и никак не могу понять как их починить.
Вот они:

Остальные ошибки, я так понимаю, идут при попытке бекапа. Чем его делаете, какая версия сервера и exchange?

Это sbs 2008 бекапим стандартной утилитой винды
стоит exchange 2007 (08.01)

Какая версия Exchange Server? На 2008 Server возможна установка только Exchange Server 2007 SP1

У пользователя NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE нет прав доступа к... Разрешения безопасности могут быть изменены с помощью средства администрирования Службы компонентов.

Удаленный компьютер не поддерживает необходимый тип шифорования данных.
Остальные ошибки также связаны с Exchange Server и судя по всему происходят из-за первой.
